Terms of Service
By using THEe BRIDAL, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed by our payment partners, and your order is confirmed only once that payment has been verified.
Prices are shown in the currency matched to your location, and you are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Where that is not Naira, the amount is converted from our Naira price at the rate in use when you order, and that rate is recorded against your order. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or international charges, which are outside our control. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
We operate by appointment. Some consultation types carry a booking fee, which is shown on the booking form before you submit it. Where a fee applies, it is charged at the time of booking and your appointment is only requested once that payment has been verified — submitting the form alone does not reserve a slot. The fee you are quoted at booking is the fee that applies to that appointment, even if our published fees change afterwards. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as you can.
Made-to-order and custom gowns are produced once you order, so they are not dispatched as quickly as ready-to-wear pieces. We will be in touch to confirm measurements and design details before production begins. If you would like to discuss a piece first, you can book a consultation through our appointment page.
We ship internationally. The destinations we currently serve and the delivery fee for each are shown at checkout once you select your location, and free delivery may apply above a certain order value. We add and update destinations and rates from time to time, so the options shown at checkout are always the ones that apply to your order. Delivery times vary by destination. If your location is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will arrange and quote it with you. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, and customs delays are outside our control.
Due to the intimate nature of bridalwear, all sales are final on made-to-order and custom gowns. If a ready-to-wear item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we will put it right. Please reach out before returning anything so we can advise you.
You may create an account to track orders, save a wishlist, and manage your details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including delivery details. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
You keep ownership of any review or other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us permission to display, reproduce, and edit it for length or clarity on our site and channels, and you confirm it is your own and is not unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We may decline to publish or may remove any submission.
Except for content submitted by customers, all designs, images, and content on this site are the property of THEe BRIDAL and may not be reproduced without permission.
THEe BRIDAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
THEe BRIDAL operates from Nigeria, and these terms are governed by Nigerian law. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country you live in, and if you are shopping from outside Nigeria, those rights continue to apply alongside these terms.
